Site Manager – New £2.3m Leisure Facility Salary: £55,000–£60,000 + Car Allowance

Your Role As Site Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind day-to-day operations, ensuring the project runs smoothly and meets programme, budget, and quality targets. xekaoyc

Responsibilities include:

• Managing subcontractors and site teams
• Maintaining strict health & safety compliance
• Coordinating with the Project Manager and design team
• Building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders

What We’re Looking For

• Experience delivering new-build projects for a main contractor
• Excellent organisational and leadership skills
• Certifications:
  
  SMSTS, CSCS (Black Card), First Aid
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and quality assurance
