Mechanical Project Manager | Mechanical Building Services | £60,000 – £65,000 + Car or Car Allowance and Benefits Package

This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious Mechanical Project Manager to join a well-established and highly regarded Mechanical and M&E Building Services contractor, delivering high-quality projects across the commercial, healthcare, education, and fit-out sectors. The business is known for its long-term client relationships, supportive working culture, and for giving its project teams the autonomy and backing needed to develop and progress.

The Role

* As Mechanical Project Manager, you will be responsible for delivering mechanical building services projects from pre-construction through to completion, working either independently on smaller projects or supporting senior team members on larger schemes.

* Projects typically range from £100k to £2m and include both new build and refurbishment works. Projects are delivered across the South and along the M3 corridor.

Key Responsibilities

* Managing mechanical building services projects from pre-construction to completion

* Supporting overall responsibility for programme, quality, and cost control

* Assisting with procurement activities in line with project programmes and budgets

* Coordinating site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers

* Attending client and site meetings

* Ensuring works are delivered in line with health and safety standards

* Working closely with senior management to develop commercial awareness and leadership capability

About You

* Experience working as a Mechanical Project Manager, Assistant Project Manager, or strong Mechanical Site Manager looking to step up

* Exposure to delivering mechanical building services projects within commercial, healthcare, education, or fit-out sectors

* Technically competent with a strong understanding of HVAC and mechanical systems

* Keen to develop commercially and take on greater project responsibility

* Based within a sensible commuting distance of the South Coast and comfortable with regional travel

* Demonstrates stability and a genuine desire to build a long-term career within a growing business

* Strong communication skills and a proactive approach

Remuneration Package – Mechanical Project Manager

 * £60,000 – £65,000
