We are looking for an experienced and strategic Project Manager to lead the scoping, delivery, and governance of complex business change programmes across Property Services and Customer portfolios. In this pivotal role, you will oversee interconnected programmes and portfolios, ensuring delivery of sustainable organisational growth, measurable business benefits, and alignment with our corporate strategy. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage stakeholders at senior level, and champion change across the organisation.

Responsibilities
  • Programme & Portfolio Delivery for BAU and Service Improvement.
  • Formulate, plan, and manage the delivery of a portfolio of large-scale business change and systems projects, working within established governance frameworks.
  • Identify and manage dependencies, risks, and issues across programmes, proposing effective mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure benefits realisation processes are completed accurately and drive ongoing review and optimisation.
  • Produce regular progress, governance, and performance reports in line with agreed standards.
  • Stakeholder & Change Management:
    Build and maintain strong relationships with portfolio sponsors, senior stakeholders, and delivery teams.
  • Lead change management activities, ensuring business readiness through engagement, communication, and training.
  • Act as a change champion, helping colleagues understand the impact and benefits of transformation initiatives.
  • Leadership & Team Management:
    Lead and develop the Property Services Project team, promoting accountability, high performance, and continuous improvement.
  • Allocate resources effectively and manage workload priorities.
  • Support employee development, wellbeing, and performance through coaching and mentoring.
Qualifications

  • Detailed knowledge of property services operations, including trade management, scheduling, and planning.
  • Experience of programme and project management methodologies.
  • Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

  • Understanding of benefits realisation methodologies.
  • Strong MS Office skills.
  • Proven experience managing senior stakeholders and complex portfolios.
