Field Manager

Talentmark are recruiting for a Field Experience Manager to join a company in the pharmaceutical industry on a contract basis for 12 months (25–30 hours per week).

£20.32 to £27.10 per hour PAYE

• Own and manage all operational aspects of new employee onboarding, ensuring a positive first experience for all new starters.
• Co-create and manage ongoing field education, serving as content owner for all onboarding materials.
• Partner with HR, Sales Trainers, and Brand Teams to execute New Learner training across all therapy areas.
• Manage field-facing learning plans within Success Factors, ensuring all learning plan assignments remain current.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives, developing measurement plans and supporting the transition between training platforms.

• Proven experience in a learning & development, training, or field experience management role, ideally within the pharmaceutical or life sciences sector.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously across cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Experience working with learning management systems such as Success Factors or similar platforms.

This role is based at our client's site in Basingstoke, on a hybrid basis with 2 days on site per week.

It is essential that applicants hold entitlement to work in the UK.
