Bodyshop Manager vacancy in Basingstoke – the ideal opportunity for an experienced automotive professional seeking leadership within a reputable accident repair group. This Bodyshop Manager role offers a challenging and rewarding environment, where you can utilise your expertise to drive operational success and elevate customer service standards.
Benefits- Up to £60,000 basic salary with an OTE of £78,000

- Monday to Friday working hours, 7am – 5pm
- No weekends required

- Oversee daily workshop operations to ensure efficient workflow from 7am start
- Lead daily team meetings to set targets, discuss issues, and allocate tasks
- Manage repair progress and vehicle status updates, liaising with the regional management
- Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations, ensuring proper use of equipment and tools
- Oversee parts ordering and work volume management for incoming and ongoing jobs
- Ensure high standards of repair quality and consistency at all repair stages
- Monitor stock levels and control supplies effectively
- Ensure complete documentation, including 10‑stage repair images for accurate job packs
- Support, motivate, and develop workshop staff to uphold company standards and customer satisfaction
- Proven experience as a Bodyshop Manager or in a similar leadership role within the automotive repair industry
- Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
- Effective communication skills with a confident leadership style
- Proficiency in IT systems relevant to repair processes and management
- Demonstrable knowledge of modern repair procedures and health and safety standards
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and motivate a team
- Enthusiastic individual with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
