Competitive salary up to £60k OTE Aviva Healthcare, including life assurance x4 salary Company vehicle to support your success No late nights or Sundays enjoy your weekends Christmas closure from 24th December to 1st January Officially recognised as a Great Place to Work What youll be doing Running your branch like its your own business in a competitive, sales-focused environment Building strong relationships with traders and customers Recruiting, training and leading a small, motivated team to hit targets Driving profitability through sales, margin growth and cost control Creating a winning culture we work hard, but we have fun doing it Responsibilities Drive new business and repeat sales to hit monthly, quarterly and annual targets Full P&L responsibility for your branch Hire, train and develop your own branch team Identify and implement opportunities for operational improvements What were looking for A people-focused leader who knows how to get the best out of a team A proven sales professional who enjoys exceeding targets Someone who is resilient, driven and thrives on success A customer-first mindset we pride ourselves on top-tier service A full UK driving licence (travel is required for training) No bathroom experience?
