An international (non-tech) B-B Service organisation is seeking an exceptional Sales Director to lead a significant regional operation across the South of England.

This is a high-profile leadership opportunity with full accountability for commercial performance, strategic growth, and the leadership of a large, high-performing sales organisation.

Reporting directly to the senior leadership team, you will lead a sizeable field-based sales function through your Sales Managers with responsibility for their own regional teams.

This is a true second-line leadership role, requiring a proven ability to lead, coach and performance manage managers to drive engagement, accountability and exceptional results across the region.

Package:
Basic salary £95k package made up of:

Performance-related bonus scheme
Commission structure linked to team sales performance
Car allowance

What you’ll be doing as Sales Director:

Lead, develop and inspire a high-performing field sales organisation.
Drive sustainable revenue growth and deliver ambitious new business targets.
Take full P&L responsibility for the region, ensuring strong commercial performance and operational excellence.
Build and execute strategies that maximise market opportunities and customer acquisition.
Coach and develop leaders, creating a culture of accountability, engagement and high performance.
Work collaboratively with the wider leadership team to shape and deliver long-term business objectives.
What we’re looking for in a Sales Director:

Proven experience leading large, field-based teams across multiple locations.
Strong people leadership capability, with a track record of developing high-performing teams.
Significant experience in new business sales leadership and delivering profitable growth.
Commercially astute with experience managing budgets and P&L responsibility.
Degree educated or equivalent professional experience preferred.
