B Service organisation is seeking an exceptional Sales Director to lead a significant regional operation across the South of England.

This is a high:profile leadership opportunity with full accountability for commercial performance, strategic growth, and the leadership of a large, high:performing sales organisation.

Reporting directly to the senior leadership team, you will lead a sizeable field:based sales function through your Sales Managers with responsibility for their own regional teams.

This is a true second:line leadership role, requiring a proven ability to lead, coach and performance manage managers to drive engagement, accountability and exceptional results across the region.

What You'll Be Doing As Sales Director
  • Lead, develop and inspire a high:performing field sales organisation.
  • Drive sustainable revenue growth and deliver ambitious new business targets.
  • Take full P and L responsibility for the region, ensuring strong commercial performance and operational excellence.
  • Build and execute strategies that maximise market opportunities and customer acquisition.
  • Coach and develop leaders, creating a culture of accountability, engagement and high performance.
  • Work collaboratively with the wider leadership team to shape and deliver long:term business objectives.
What We're Looking For In a Sales Director
  • Proven experience leading large, field:based teams across multiple locations.
  • Strong people leadership capability, with a track record of developing high:performing teams.
  • Significant experience in new business sales leadership and delivering profitable growth.
  • Commercially astute with experience managing budgets and P and L responsibility.
  • Degree educated or equivalent professional experience preferred.
