Property Advisor

Overview

Property Advisor role based in Basingstoke. Annual salary up to £32,068.42 plus £3,500 car allowance. Full time, 12-month fixed term contract (37.5 hours, Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm).

We provide Housing Management services across the UK and work with Central and Local Government, registered providers, tenants, landlords and investors to address homelessness, increase social and affordable housing, and create specialist housing for people with care needs. The role delivers frontline housing services, supporting customers at various stages of their tenancy journey.

• Build relationships with letting agents and landlords
• Procure properties in line with scheme requirements
• Manage a caseload of applications to secure suitable accommodation
• Manage a portfolio of housing stock and allocate appropriate accommodation
• Maintain accurate records through case updates and stock audits
• Deliver regular reporting and escalate risks as appropriate
• Develop relationships with new and existing property providers and third parties
• Support colleagues and undertake ad hoc projects as required
• Ensure compliance with codes of conduct, contractual terms and group policies and procedures

• Experience with in lettings or estate agency
• Strong customer service experience
• Ability to manage a large workload and work under pressure
• Good organisational and administrative skills
• Full UK driving licence
