As the UK continues to focus on housing quality, energy efficiency, consumer protection and retrofit delivery, we have a significant opportunity to strengthen its role as a trusted national scheme and industry partner.

We are now seeking a visionary, commercially minded and people-focused CEO to lead us forward, ensuring the organisation continues to deliver on its public-interest mission while building a resilient and financially sustainable future.

Reporting to the Board, the CEO will lead us through its next challenging transformation and allow the individual to build and develop an exciting future.

This is a high-profile leadership role requiring a commercially minded and purpose-driven executive who can navigate complex stakeholder environments, drive organisational change and build long-term sustainability.

As our principal ambassador, you will build trusted relationships across government, industry, regulators and commercial partners, ensuring the organisation remains influential, relevant and positioned for future growth.
