Hampshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust seeks an experienced Waste Management Senior Manager to lead and develop operational waste activities across its sites, driving reduction, recycling and compliant disposal with value for money and excellence in service provision.
Reporting to the FM Operations Director, you will set service levels, shape strategies, manage audits and liaise with regulators (Environment Agency, HSE, CQC) to ensure compliance and continuous improvement across the Trust.
