Monday – Friday, Hybrid
Job Summary We're looking for a passionate and dedicated Contract Manager to join our client's team. In this role, you'll be responsible for managing a portfolio of 15 industrial sites across the UK , ensuring the effective delivery of facilities management and maintenance services. If you have a strong background in facilities management, engineering, technical services or contract management , this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
Key Responsibilities
· Full P&L responsibility of £1 million.
· Manage a portfolio of 15 industrial sites across the UK
· Oversee the delivery of facilities management and maintenance services
· Manage a high volume of reactive maintenance jobs
· Coordinate and manage contractors and service providers
· Maintain strong customer and stakeholder relationships
· Monitor service delivery and contractor performance
· Ensure reactive works are completed efficiently and within agreed timescales
· Manage competing priorities across multiple locations
· Attend sites across the UK as required
· Maintain high standards of customer service and operational delivery Requirements
· Previous experience in a Contract Manager, Facilities Manager or Technical Manager position
· Strong technical / engineering background
· Experience with in facilities management, maintenance, building services or a related environment
· Excellent customer-facing and communication skills
· Experience managing reactive maintenance and contractors
· Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
· Ability to manage multiple sites and competing priorities
· UK Driving Licence
· Right to work in the UK What's on Offer · £60,000 - £65,000 Basic Salary · £5,100 Car Allowance
