Our client is seeking a skilled and motivated Metal Fabrication Technician to join their Manufacturing Department, working alongside an established team of welders and fabrication specialists.

You will play a key role in producing high-quality precision metal components used in the assembly of specialist machinery supplied worldwide to the food, pharmaceutical, and additive manufacturing industries.

• Setting up and operating fabrication equipment such as press brakes, plasma cutters, and sheet rollers.
• Interpreting and working from technical drawings and CAD files to produce accurate sheet metal components.
• Performing welding and fabrication tasks across a range of metals in line with high industry standards.
• Carrying out MIG, TIG, and (where required) laser welding processes.

• Proven experience in sheet metal fabrication and welding environments.
• Strong understanding of sheet metal properties, fabrication methods, and machining operations.
• Ability to accurately read and interpret technical drawings.
• Knowledge of relevant industry standards and safety regulations.
