In your new role as a Cleaning Operative you will ensure equipment is kept clean, well maintained, and in safe working order, meeting all agreed SLAs. You will build your knowledge of the designated cleaning area, determine when work needs to be carried out, and use all cleaning equipment and chemicals while adhering to Health and Safety requirements. You will complete all required training and work effectively within a team while maintaining your own initiative.

You will build positive and productive working relationships with all customers, deliver excellent customer service, and continuously seek ways to improve and exceed expectations.

• Ability to communicate and read basic English.
• Previous cleaning experience desirable but not essential.
• Flexible approach and willingness to learn.
• Open, honest, self-driven, and determined.
