Key Responsibilities Laminating composite components using prepreg carbon fibre materials Working from engineering drawings, lay-up manuals, and specifications Carrying out tool preparation, lay-up, debulking, and bagging processes Ensuring high-quality finishes and adherence to tight tolerances Maintaining a clean and safe working environment in line with HSE standards Requirements Proven experience as a Prepreg Laminator within the composites industry Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and lay-up schedules Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Experience in aerospace, motor sport, marine, or similar sectors preferred Ability to work independently and as part of a team Interested to find out more about this Composite Laminator role or keen to set up an interview, please forward your CV to Carl using the Apply Now process
