07:00 16:00, Monday to Thursday 07:00 - 13:00 Friday Job Type: Full-time

The Role We are looking for an experienced Team Leader to join our manufacturing operation in Ansty Park, Coventry. You will be responsible for leading a production team, ensuring daily targets are met while maintaining high standards of safety, quality and efficiency. This is a hands-on role suited to someone with strong leadership skills and a good understanding of production machinery and processes.

Key Responsibilities Lead, motivate and manage a production team. Ensure daily production targets and schedules are achieved. Maintain high standards of health & safety, quality and housekeeping. Deal with day-to-day production and team issues. Support machine operation, including start-up, shutdown and basic troubleshooting. Manage performance and conduct conversations where required. Work with management on continuous improvement and efficiency. Open and close the site when required.

Promote a positive, reliable and accountable team culture. About You You will ideally have:
Previous Team Leader, Supervisor or Management experience in manufacturing or production. Good mechanical and technical understanding. Experience working with production machinery. Experience managing a team and working to production targets. Good understanding of manufacturing health & safety. Strong communication and people-management skills. A reliable, punctual and professional approach. The ability to stay calm under pressure and solve problems effectively. A hands-on approach and willingness to support the team.

Desirable:
