Role OverviewThe Registered Nurse plays a pivotal role within our multidisciplinary team, driving high‑quality, person‑centred care every day.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver a broad range of delegated clinical duties.
- Actively monitor patient observations and recognise changes in patients’ clinical conditions, escalating appropriately.
- Provide essential hands‑on support with personal care, helping patients maintain dignity, comfort and independence.

- Fluency in English to an appropriate standard (Part 7 of the Immigration Act 2016).
- Vaccinated against COVID‑19 and an understanding that COVID‑19 positive patients will be treated within our services.
- Probationary period covering the first six months in post.
