Veterinary Surgeon - Independent Practice

Overview

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Vet Surgeon to join an independent first opinion small animal practice in the Basingstoke area of Hampshire.

• Excellent full time opportunity working 4 days a week including 1 in 4 Saturdays on a rota, no Sundays and no OOH.
• Practice is modern, purpose built practice and independently owned with superb equipment and facilities; digital radiography, dental radiography, ultrasound and in‑house laboratory etc.
• Ideally you will have at least two years experience with good routine surgical and medical skills.
• Great development role and fantastic opportunity to help in building the caseload.
• Generous CPD allowance and happy to support development and individual interests.
• Join a supportive and experienced Vet team including visiting ophthalmology/soft tissue/orthopaedic surgeons.
• Superb location in south-central England with easy access to M3 motorway and into central London and the North Wessex Downs.

• Degree in Veterinary Medicine or equivalent.
• Registered with the RCVS.
• Good routine medical and surgical skills.
• At least two years experience.

• Salary to £80,000.00 per annum (subject to experience).
