Full-Time Permanent (subject to probation)

Salary:
Competitive, depending on experience and qualifications (PAYE: £27,000 - £32,000; CIS: £140 - £170 per day)

Landscape Construction Group Ltd is a specialist commercial landscaping and grounds maintenance contractor delivering high‑quality external works for residential developers, commercial clients, local authorities, hotels, schools and private clients.

Assist with the delivery of landscape construction projects, working safely and efficiently as part of a team. Assist skilled landscapers in carrying out soft and hard landscaping activities such as planting, paving and soil preparation.

• Loading and unloading materials
• Assisting with paving, edging and fencing installation
• Topsoil preparation and grading
• Planting, turfing and seeding
• Operating hand tools safely
• Maintaining clean and safe work areas
• Assisting plant operators and skilled landscapers

Work in accordance with company Health & Safety policies. Follow company RAMS, PPE requirements and environmental procedures.

• Valid green CSCS Labourers card (ROLO)
• Full UK Driving Licence

• First Aid training
• Manual Handling training
• Previous landscaping or construction experience

Progression to Skilled Landscaper through training, experience and achievement of relevant qualifications.
