Do you have a minimum of 12 months’ experience in lettings and looking for a new opportunity within a fast-paced and supportive estate agency?

We're recruiting for a Lettings Negotiator to join a well-respected independent estate agency in the Basingstoke area. This is an excellent opportunity to join a close-knit and established team with strong earning potential and genuine progression opportunities.

This role would suit a motivated and sales-driven lettings professional who enjoys working with people, delivering great customer service, and thriving in a target-driven environment.

As a Lettings Negotiator, you will:

• Arrange and conduct property viewings
• Match tenants with suitable rental properties
• Support landlords and tenants throughout the lettings process
• Provide clear advice and maintain strong client relationships
• Work closely with the team to deliver excellent service and meet targets
  
  Contribute to business growth through strong performance and customer care

• Minimum 12 months’ experience in a Lettings Negotiator role
• Strong sales ability with a target-driven mindset
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for the property industry
• Full UK driving licence
• Desire to exceed targets and progress within the industry

• £23,000 basic salary
• £40,000 OTE with uncapped commission
• Monthly bonus structure
• 21 days holiday + bank holidays + additional Christmas break
