Job Title: Property Lister / Valuer

Salary: OTE £50,000 per annum

We are looking for an experienced Property Valuer / Lister / Instruction Winner to join an independent, forward‑thinking property company in the heart of Basingstoke. The role involves conducting property valuations, winning new instructions, and building relationships with vendors in a competitive, commission‑based environment.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct property valuations and market appraisals
Win new instructions and convert leads into listings
Build and maintain relationships with vendors
Advise clients on pricing strategies and market conditions
Work closely with the sales team to ensure successful property marketing
Generate new business through networking, referrals, and prospecting

Skills & Experience

Previous experience in estate agency, ideally within valuations or listings
Strong sales and negotiation skills
Confident and professional communication style
Good knowledge of the local property market (or willingness to learn)
Self‑motivated with a proactive approach to winning business
Ability to work towards targets and manage time effectively
Full UK driving licence
Professional, presentable, and customer‑focused attitude
