The Home Cloud is seeking an experienced lettings property manager to take ownership of its southern residential portfolio. This hands-on role focuses on reactive maintenance, compliance and landlord communications, with travel for inspections.
You will manage day-to-day operations across the portfolio, build relationships with landlords and tenants, coordinate with contractors, and ensure all certificates and documents are up to date.
