Essentials you must have- A true passion, understanding and love of hospitality
- A solid career path and proven track record within the industry
- Previous experience as a strong Commis Chef or Chef de Partie
- Experince or background in modern, traditional Italian Cuisine
- Good knowledge of the B&I sector
- Be an aspirational and understanding leader to the team
- Provide training and development and encourage career progression
- Encourage diversity and inclusivity in the work force
- Develop, create and deliver innovative, beautiful and delicious food
- Conduct yourself and carry out your duties in a professional manner with a positive attitude
- To be financially astute, accurately managing food and labour budgets
- Build professional relationships with clients, customers and stakeholders
- Be compliant of food safety legislation and adhere to company policy
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £28,000.00 per year
8 hour shift
