Audleys Wood Hotel, part of Hand Picked Hotels, is seeking a Casual Chef de Partie. You will take ownership of a kitchen section, work with the Head and Sous Chefs, and ensure dishes are prepared to a consistently high standard with seasonal flair.
You will manage your section during service, maintain high hygiene standards, and support junior team members while assisting with stock control and menu preparation for events. The role is casual with variable hours.
