• Providing engaging wine recommendations to guests
• Delivering professional wine service with attention to detail
• Supporting cellar organisation and stock control
• Assisting with wine tastings and training sessions
• Developing your expertise in wine regions and styles
• Collaborating with kitchen and front-of-house teams on food and wine pairings
• Maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness

• Previous experience in high-end restaurant, hotel, or similar setting (desirable but not essential)
• Strong communication skills and a warm, professional approach
• Attention to detail and a keen desire to learn more about wine

  Salary: £30500/annum + Service Charge
