The Role Valuation of retail and trading assets including convenience stores, roadside retail (petrol stations), garden centres and other operational properties Analysis of trading performance, accounts and leases Preparation of high-quality valuation reports Client interaction with banks, investors and operators Compliance with RICS standards Support business development activity About You RICS Chartered (MRICS/FRICS) essential Commercial valuation background required Retail experience beneficial but not essential Candidates from purely office, industrial or logistics backgrounds unlikely to be suitable Strong analytical, reporting and communication skills Willing to travel across the UK Why Apply?
