Patient's Bank Cashier - Parklands Hospital

Overview

Applications are invited from motivated and reliable individuals to join the team at Parklands Hospital as a Patient's Bank Cashier within the Site Management Team. This is a part-time role (16 hours per week, Monday to Friday).

• Provide an accurate, efficient, and confidential service managing patient monies, property, and income.
• Maintain financial records, handle cash, respond to enquiries from patients, relatives and staff, and support reception services as required.

• Work independently and as part of a team, following Trust financial procedures and demonstrating a high level of professionalism.
• Strong communication skills and experience working with the public in a sensitive and respectful manner; experience of finance or cash handling.
• Demonstrate accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines, with behaviours aligned to the Trust's CARE values:
