Store Assistant

What you'll do

• Assist customers in identifying and acquiring the products they need, delivering a high‑quality shopping experience.
• Handle deliveries, unpack stock, keep the store clean and ready for customers, and prepare orders for fulfillment.
• Support warehouse tasks, stock shelves, and maintain the overall store environment.
• Sell and promote the Toolstation Club and Trade Accounts, securing new customer memberships.
• Be flexible and available for early starts and late finishes (store open 7 AM–8 PM).

• A warm, friendly personality that contributes to a positive workplace.
• Reliability and punctuality – being present when the store needs you, willing to flex hours and support colleagues.
• High energy and enthusiasm, with a positive attitude that focuses more on service than experience.
