Entain Group is seeking a Retail Customer Service Manager for its Ladbrokes & Coral betting shops. You will deliver top customer service, manage shop standards, and report to the Shop Manager.
The role involves handling bets, processing transactions, and helping customers with products and terminals. Shops operate 8am–10pm, Monday to Sunday, with a typical 30-hour weekly rota including varied opening/closing and shorter evening shifts.
