Marks & Spencer is seeking a Customer Assistant in Operations to support stock, deliveries and the back‑end of our stores. You’ll work across shifts in a fast‑paced retail environment, keeping the shop floor full, clean and ready for customers.
The role is physically demanding, requires flexibility across the wider store and a confident use of digital tools to track deliveries and stock movement. Night hours qualify for an additional +£3.00 per hour premium between 22:00 and 06:00, and under 18s
