Aftersales Advisor / Service Advisor - Automotive We are looking for a hardworking, customer-focused Aftersales Advisor to join a well-established main dealer with an excellent reputation among both employees and customers. Key Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional customer service to all incoming customers and handle aftersales enquiries efficiently Build and maintain positive relationships with existing and prospective customers Liaise with technicians and other team members to ensure smooth service operations Manage and prioritise your workload, working independently when required Maintain accurate records and update customer information using IT systems Promote additional products and services in a professional manner The ideal candidate will:
Have experience in an aftersales or service advisor role within the automotive industry (this is ideal but not essential as full training will be provided) Be professional, presentable, reliable, and proactive Possess excellent communication and IT skills Be able to work both independently and as part of a team
