* Job Purpose:

** Supporting internal sales function by sales order processing and order queries.##
** Responsibilities:
*** Responsible for daily order loading and order queries, including any electronic order processing
* To support all aspects of the sales activity to help the business achieve both team and company targets
* Priorities own tasks to ensure agreed deadline or SLA is achieved
* Ownership of customer queries in an efficient and professional manner to an early resolution
* Develop strong relationships with Internal Sales
* Escalate any issues in a timely manner to the Sales Operations Team Leader or Manager
* Proactively support the business working a shift pattern, as required##
** Knowledge Skills and Experience
*** Strong attention to detail

* Numerate* Excellent communication skills
* Excellent customer relations skills
* SAP R3 (preferable)
