About the role

SpearPoint BD is hiring Business Development Representatives to generate high-quality, sales-qualified meetings for leading cybersecurity vendors through structured outbound activity across phone, email, and Linked In.

What you’ll do
  • Run outbound campaigns to engage senior cybersecurity decision-makers
  • Deliver strong discovery conversations and book qualified client meetings
  • Represent SpearPoint BD professionally in all prospect interactions
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and meeting reports
  • Own accounts and campaigns to consistently deliver results
Performance expectations
  • Target of 8 client-accepted qualified sales engagements per month
  • High activity environment with a strong focus on calling, conversations, and conversions
  • Continuous improvement in sales skills, cybersecurity knowledge, and qualification quality
What we’re looking for
  • Confident communicator with outbound sales or SDR experience
  • Comfortable in a high-activity, performance-driven role
  • Ability to work at a minimum of 2 days per week from our Basingstoke office.
  • Highly organised and process-driven
  • Competitive, proactive, and resilient mindset
  • Interested in building a career in cybersecurity sales
