We’re currently seeking a Property Sales Surveyor to join our dedicated team covering the Southampton and surrounding areas. If you enjoy managing your own schedule and solving unique customer problems in person, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

In this field‑based role, you’ll visit both new and existing customers to survey their properties and provide solutions to their property preservation issues. Because daily travel is required, you should be comfortable being on the move.

• Survey new and existing customer properties to assess preservation needs
• Provide tailored solutions and recommendations for property preservation
• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain customer satisfaction
• Manage daily travel across Southampton and surrounding areas, ensuring a flexible and self‑managed schedule

• Full UK driving licence held for more than two years, with no more than six penalty points
• Relevant experience within the construction, building maintenance or preservation industry would be advantageous but is not essential
• Self‑motivated and target‑driven
• Excellent problem‑solving skills
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Background in sales is advantageous as you will be expected to work face‑to‑face with customers regularly
• May be required to pass a DBS check depending on the role you have applied for

• Basic salary £26,655 + £2,000 per annum South East allowance
• Expected OTE: £30,000‑£35,000 per annum, with bonus and commission schemes available
