Exciting Career Opportunity as an Inside Sales Representative at Linde Material Handling.
About the RoleThe Inside Sales Representative (ISR) is expected to take the lead in all Linde sales activities, promoting products to customers and prospective SME clients through outbound cold emails, cold calls and lead follow‑ups.

- Develop sales opportunities using outbound cold emails, cold calls and lead follow‑ups
- Communicate with customers to understand their needs and requirements and identify sales opportunities
- Answer customers’ questions, resolve their concerns and provide additional information via calls and emails
- Explain and demonstrate the functions and features of products and services
- Maintain and improve the database of prospects
- Research new leads
- Keep up to date with product and service information and competitor offers
- Upsell products and services
- Achieve volume targets, market share and coverage
- Qualify leads prior to forwarding them to the relevant person or department
- Consistently update the CRM system at every customer contact point
We are looking for someone who is energetic and enthusiastic, with a willingness to learn, hunger for growth, and who is both resilient and organised. Any sales, commercial or customer‑facing experience would be ideal but not essential.
