Business Development Manager
M4 Corridor|West London Swindon Southampton
£60,000 Base|£72,000 OTE|EV/Hybrid Car OR Allowance|Healthcare|
Our client is a well-established, growing manufacturer of building materials selling direct to house builders, Tier One contractors, and end users. Strong track record, strong pipeline. They need someone to own this territory and grow it.
The Role
- New business development across the M4 corridor, West London, Swindon, Southampton
- Selling direct to house builders, Tier One/Two contractors, and commercial end users
- Full sales cycle ownership, prospecting through to close
- Field-based, autonomy-driven, no micromanagement
You'll Need
- B2B field sales experience in construction, house building, or infrastructure
- Proven new business track record, you know how to open doors and close deals
- Existing relationships with house builders or main contractors in the patch
- Self-starter, comfortable working independently with limited hand-holding
- Upbeat, resilient communicator who can hold a room at director level
- Full UK driving licence
