You'll be at the heart of our customer engagement, confidently speaking to customers on the telephone, building relationships, and identifying opportunities for growth across our SMB customer base.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Dealing with inbound and outbound calls in a fast paced environment
  • Proactively engaging customers, including dedicated call out days
    , to drive activity and pipeline
  • Building strong customer relationships through clear, confident communication
  • Speaking to customers on the telephone to understand their needs and business goals
  • Identifying opportunities for growth and recommending tailored solutions
  • Generating new business opportunities and supporting account development
  • Achieving monthly and quarterly revenue and margin targets
  • Collaborating with Field Sales, Business Development Managers, and internal teams
  • Managing pipelines, providing accurate quotations, and maintaining CRM records
  • Supporting customers with queries, backorders, and service expectations
  • Promoting TD SYNNEX's value proposition and full portfolio of solutions

What You'll Bring

  • 2-3 years' experience in a sales or customer-facing role
  • Confidence in speaking to customers on the telephone
  • Experience working in a fast paced environment
  • A proactive approach with a focus on identifying opportunities and driving results
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent organisation and attention to detail
  • A growth mindset with a willingness to learn and develop
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities and working cross-functionally
  • Interest in technology (helpful, but not essential)
