Sales Operations Team Leader

What You'll Be Doing

• Support workload planning and daily priority management to ensure the team is organised and performing effectively.
• Role‑model Sales Operational Excellence, consistently achieving targets and KPIs.
• Monitor customer SLAs across orders, quotes and outstanding queries.
• Act as the subject matter expert for relevant systems and tools.
• Support Sales Operations training, including onboarding and induction activities.
• Assist with the delivery and administration of business incentives for the Sales Operations team.
• Act as the first point of contact for internal and customer escalations, responding quickly and effectively.
• Build strong working relationships with the Internal Sales Management team.
• Coach, guide and motivate team members to perform at their best.
• Deputise for the Sales Operations Manager when required.

• Strong time management and prioritisation skills.
• Experience building effective relationships with coworkers and customers.
• Previous experience working with a CRM system.
• Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
• Confidence working with numbers and operational metrics.
• A professional and confident telephone manner.
• A customer‑focused, target‑driven mindset.
• Understanding of sales and operational processes.
• Clear and effective communication skills (written, verbal and face‑to‑face).
• Strong people engagement and coaching capability.
