We're looking for a Sales Support Executive to join our growing team, providing vital support to our Account Managers and helping deliver an outstanding experience for our customers. What You'll Be Doing Supporting customers via phone and email Processing sales orders and maintaining CRM accuracy Preparing quotes and providing order updates Liaising with suppliers, manufacturers and our warehouse team Managing stock and shipment queries Keeping customer and order information up to date Learning about our products and supporting customer meetings when required What We're Looking For Strong customer service and communication skills Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office A proactive approach and ability to work independently A willingness to learn and develop your sales knowledge Full driving licence and own transport due to our rural location Why Purdicom?
