Competitive basic salary of £45,000 with an OTE of £65,000
Monday to Friday working hours, with weekends on a rota basis

Duties:

Lead and manage the dealership's car sales team to meet and exceed set targets
Develop and implement effective sales strategies in the Basingstoke market
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through quality service
Motivate, coach, and support the sales team to optimise performance
Monitor daily sales activities and report progress to senior management
Manage weekend cover for the sales team on a flexible rota
Maintain compliance with dealership policies and industry regulations

Requirements:

Proven experience in automotive sales management, preferably within a main dealer environment
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and organisational abilities
A demonstrable track record of exceeding sales targets
Flexibility to work weekends as needed
Knowledge of the Basingstoke automotive market is advantageous
Full UK driving licence
