We're recruiting a Business Development Manager to join a leading food service business. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious sales professional to take ownership of key accounts, win new business and secure major contracts within a well-established organisation.

The role is a 50/50 split between account management and new business development , offering the opportunity to grow existing relationships while identifying and winning significant new business.

Manage and grow existing food service accounts while developing new business opportunities.

Build relationships with major purchasing groups and GPOs, including Consortium, Avendra and Integra.

Identify, negotiate and secure large-scale contracts and supply agreements.

Sell the full product range into hospitals, colleges, universities, contract caterers and food service networks.

Develop relationships with senior decision-makers and procurement teams.

Deliver sales growth and achieve commercial targets.

Proven sales experience within food service, catering, wholesale or FMCG.

Strong account management and new business development skills.

Experience working with GPOs, purchasing consortiums or major contracts.

Confident negotiating with senior decision-makers.

Commercially driven, proactive and results-focused.

Full UK driving licence.

55,000 OTE plus an excellent benefits package including 7000 car allowance
