Building Services Engineer

Based in a location between Winchester and Basingstoke (not Southampton or Portsmouth).

Permanent

£40,000 – £44,000, plus travel time, overtime, on-call allowance, company van and bonus.

We are seeking an Electrical‑bias Building Services Engineer for a mobile role. The engineer will maintain and repair electrical and mechanical systems across commercial sites, including offices, schools and other facilities. The role involves planned and reactive maintenance, site visits across the South Coast to the M4 corridor, and coordinating with an established building services company.

• Perform electrical and mechanical maintenance on commercial sites.
• Conduct planned and reactive maintenance on facilities.
• Travel between sites in the South Coast to the M4 corridor.

• Strong background in commercial building services maintenance.
• Level 3 qualification preferred.
• 18th Edition certification.
• 2391 certification highly preferred.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Experience with electrical maintenance.
• Based in a location between Winchester and Basingstoke.
