Overview
Temp‑perm. £22‑£23 per hour (up to £38k when permanent). Van and fuel card included from day one! Working within social housing on planned works and void properties.

- Completing 1st and 2nd fix carpentry
- Completing minor plumbing
- Painting and decorating
- Patch plastering
- Laying vinyl flooring
- Completing kitchen and bathroom fitting
- Minimum of a NVQ level 2 Carpentry qualification or at least 5 years experience within this trade
- Experience working within occupied homes
- A full and current driving licence
- Location:
travelling within Basingstoke and Newbury, with occasional travel to Swindon, Oxford, and Reading
