Join our Hart team as a Refuse and Recycling Loader and play a vital role in keeping your community clean, safe, and sustainable.

Working alongside a professional and friendly team, you’ll deliver a full waste and recycling service to local residents and businesses. Your efforts will help maintain high standards across the community while providing excellent customer service every step of the way.

• Complete a pre-planned route with the driver and loaders in your team, collecting waste and recycling from residential homes and commercial properties.
• Be the public face of Serco in the community.
• Contribute to keeping the area beautiful, safe and a clean place to live and work – a responsibility we take great pride in!

• You’re physically fit and healthy (this is a must, due to the nature of the work!)
• You’re a dedicated, friendly and professional team player – punctuality is very important too
• You are willing to go the extra mile on your rounds to help your team hit its targets
