What you will do:

Conduct assessments and develop care plans to support individuals and families in crisis. Work collaboratively with multi-agency teams to ensure comprehensive safeguarding measures are in place. Provide advice and support to less experienced social workers within the team. Take part in case conferences and represent the department in legal proceedings when necessary. Implement and monitor policies and procedures to ensure compliance with best practice standards.
