Data & Integrations Lead

Senior Data Engineer - Azure Cloud Migration & Systems Integration I am recruiting for a rapidly growing, multi-site healthcare organisation in the middle of a major digital transformation. As their Data & Business Intelligence function continues to expand, they require a Senior / Lead Data Engineer to take ownership of the Azure migration and enterprise integration strategy. You'll be joining at a pivotal time as the business migrates to Azure, modernises its data platform, and connects a complex ecosystem of finance, HR, and core operational systems.

The role comes with strong visibility across the business and regular interaction with the senior leadership team. Essential Skills & Experience We're looking for a Senior or Lead Engineer with strong Azure, data engineering, and systems integration experience. You'll need:
Hands-on Azure cloud experience in production environments Experience contributing to or leading an Azure cloud data migration Strong SQL and data modelling skills Proven experience building and owning data lakes, warehouses, or lakehouse platforms Hands-on experience with ETL / ELT pipelines (batch and/or near real-time) Experience building system-to-system integration's (HR, Finance, ERP, CRM, or operational systems) Solid understanding of APIs, integration patterns, monitoring, and error handling
