OverviewA growing organisation is looking for an experienced PHP Developer to join their internal technology team, supporting the development and enhancement of business-critical CRM applications.

Working within a cross-functional Scrum team, this role will deliver new functionality, improve existing systems, and support the continued evolution of applications to meet changing business needs.

This is an opportunity for a skilled PHP Developer to work in a collaborative Agile environment, delivering high-quality software solutions alongside developers, QA, Business Analysts, and Dev Ops teams.Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain backend systems using PHP (Laravel/CakePHP).
• Deliver features end-to-end, including development, testing, and deployment.
• Enhance existing applications, including legacy CakePHP systems.
• Build and maintain APIs and backend services.
• Write clean, maintainable code following development standards and best practices.
• Contribute to code reviews, automated testing, and CI/CD processes.
• Support system design, integrations, and technical improvements.
