Class 2 Driver – Basingstoke

Working on a Sunday – Thursday shift, with alternative Fridays to be worked as a 6th shift which will be paid at an increased rate. Start times between 17:30 – 20:00.

We are recruiting for experienced HGV Class 2 Drivers to start work on behalf of a world‑leading distribution company in Basingstoke. This is a temporary ongoing role.

We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic, and hardworking Driver who can deliver to a pre‑determined schedule and provide good customer service.

• Deliver stock to retail stores
• Operate tail lifts and pallet trucks as required
• Ensure all delivery paperwork is completed accurately
• Perform daily vehicle checks and report defects
• Maintain a positive relationship with the team
• Adhere to all driving laws, tachograph, and working time regulations

• Full UK relevant driving licence (no more than 6 points)
• HGV Class 2 licence with 6 months experience of driving
• CPC card and Digital Tacho Card
• Flexible for shift patterns

• £17.76 per hour
• £24.24 overtime paid after 8 hours
• Working to a shift pattern including weekends (weekend shifts paid at overtime)
• Start times vary
