Are you ready to take the next step in your logistics career? We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Reverse Logistics Supervisor to lead our returns management operations. In this critical role, you will oversee the efficient handling of returned products, optimize processes, and drive improvements that enhance customer satisfaction and minimise costs.

Position Summary: To ensure all reverse logistics levels are maintained to a high standard and all work is carried out in a safe and efficient manner complying with ISO and AIB/DQMP standards and in accordance with the Food Hygiene, Health and Safety Legislation and within Company procedures. To cover the Reverse Logistics and Hygiene Managers holiday and absences.

Key Responsibilities:

• You will ensure a safe working environment for yourself and other staff at ALL times.
• You will be required to stand up and take control of the department when the manager is absent.
• You will control the yard operation with regard to the reverse logistics, to include the loading of pallets, cardboard and bun trays.
• You will be required to unload the barrel trailers. Palletise and reload the full barrels as well as replenishing the empty barrels at the in and out gates ready for distribution by the transport department.
• You will liaise with the various waste contractors and order trailer swaps through e-mail ensuring all paperwork is completed in accordance with company policy and legal requirements.
• You will be required to keep the waste stream logs up to date by imputing data into the computer.
• You will be responsible for the yard hygiene along with other members of the team.
• You will support the site hygiene team when required.

Technical competencies

• You need to be computer literate and have a good understanding of Microsoft office.
• FLT experience is essential.
• Mobile Elevating Work Platforms (MEWP) experience is desirable.
