Warehouse Operative

Personnel Selection Recruitment is seeking a switched-on and technically minded Warehouse Technician to support our client, a technical company based in Basingstoke. This is an ongoing temporary position suited to someone who has previous warehouse experience but is looking for a role with more responsibility, accuracy and attention to detail than a standard warehouse position.

You will be handling technical products that are essential to the medical industry, so it is critical that you are careful, accurate and able to follow processes closely. The successful candidate will be confident working with paperwork, stock records, hand scanners and computer systems, ensuring all goods are received, checked, picked, packed and dispatched correctly.

This role is a standard day shift Monday to Friday no weekends. There is some slight flexibility with start and finish times, but the average working week is 40 hours. This is a long term contract of roughly 3 months with a view that it may extend.
